About the role
ARCHIE KARAS: a Greek immigrant who turns $50 into roughly $40 million at the pool table, the poker table and the dice, then loses it all. Charming, quiet, fearless; he never walks away. At 44 he's on the run of his life at Binion's Horseshoe: the lead role, in nearly every scene.
